On May 29, a number of new research institutions under the Jiangnan Civil Explosives Innovation Research Institute were officially inaugurated in Xi’an, advancing the intelligent, green and high-quality development of China’s civil explosion industry。

The launch covers two branch institutes in Xi’an and Xinjiang, as well as six professional research centers focusing on safety technology, industrial detonators, automotive safety systems, special blasting, petroleum civil explosion and weather modification technologies. The ceremony brought together enterprise executives, industrial experts and technical researchers from across the civil explosion sector。

Under the goal of driving industrial upgrading through technological innovation, the event released the Seven-Star Pilot intelligent blasting technology brand matrix and a host of innovative technological achievements. The newly unveiled outcomes include professional intelligent blasting design software and multi-scene applicable cottonseed oil-based a妹妹onium fuel explosives, opening a new chapter for the industry’s smart and eco-friendly transformation。

As a high-level R D platform established by North Special Energy Group, a leading state-owned player in China’s civil explosion sector, the institute adopts a standardized 4+3+8 innovation organizational system. The Xi’an Branch focuses on basic theoretical research and core technological breakthroughs, while the Xinjiang Branch concentrates on scenario-based technological application and promotion. The integrated matrix structure forms a full industrial chain covering fundamental research, technological iteration and achievement co妹妹ercialization。

Industry insiders said the new institutional layout targets core technical bottlenecks restricting industrial development.
